Dried small fish and seasonal vegetable salad


200 grams dried small fish

1/2 onion

1 cucumber

1 red pepper

3 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce


1. Shred the cucumber and red chili, slice the onion and garlic


2. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the dried small fish in the skillet


3. Fry the fish until golden, take out, set aside


4. Add onion, cucumber, red chili, and garlic in a large bowl


5. Add salt and white sugar in the bowl


6. Pour oyster sauce and soy sauce in the bowl


7. Add the fried fish in the bowl


8. Mix until even
